Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human Catenin around the phosphorylation site of serine 37 (I-H-SP-G-A).
Specificity -Catenin (Ab-37) antibody detects endogenous levels of total -Catenin protein.
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
