Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human c-Jun around the phosphorylation site of serine 73 (L-A-SP-P-E).
Specificity C-Jun (phospho-Ser73) antibody detects endogenous levels of c-Jun only when phosphorylated at serine 73.

Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using nonphosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
