Additional Information

Alternative name Caveolin-1
Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human Caveolin-1 around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 14 (H-L-YP-T-V).
Specificity Caveolin-1 (phospho-Tyr14) antibody detects endogenous levels of Caveolin-1 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 14.

Application Details

Application Notes WB: 1:500~1:1000.
Concentration 100ug/100ul.
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Buffer Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 50% glycerol
Preservative 0.02% Sodium Azide
Storage Store at -20°C/1 year.
Research Area Signaling
Restrictions For Research Use only
