Immunogen Human leucocytes
Clone 109-3C2
Isotype IgG3
Specificity This antibody reacts with CD20, a 37/35kD non-glycosylated transmembrane phosphoprotein that is involved in the regulation of the actiavtion of B-cells.
Purification Concentrated.
Alternative Name CD20 (MS4A1 Antibody Abstract)
Gene ID 931
Research Area Cancer, Hematopoietic Progenitors, Hematopoietic Stem Cells, Adaptive Immunity, CD Antigens, Surface Receptors of Immune Cells
Application Notes Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100.
Flow cytometry: 1:150-1:300
Immunoprecipitation.
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on frozen and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections. When using with formalin-fixed paraffinembedded tissue sections an antigen demasking treatment is recommended. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 1:50-1:100 in IHC. The optimal conditions should be determined by the individual laboratory.
