This antibody reacts with endothelial cells and is specific against a glycoprotein of 100 kD. This antibody stains platelets as well as B cells in the mantle zone, neutrophils and peripheral T cells.

Application Notes
|
Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Enzymatic predigestion of formalin fixed tissue sections with proteolytic enzymes is recommended before immunostaining. Positive Control: Tonsil. Cellular localization: Cell membrane
