Immunogen Purified recombinant fragment of CHUK (aa500-590) expressed in E. Coli.
Clone 7C10B6-1A10A10
Isotype IgG1
Purification Ascitic fluid
Alternative Name CHUK (CHUK Antibody Abstract)
Background CHUK: conserved helix-loop-helix ubiquitous kinase. This gene encodes a member of the serine/threonine protein kinase family. The encoded protein, a component of a cytokine-activated protein complex that is an inhibitor of the essential transcription factor NF-kappa-B complex, phosphorylates sites that trigger the degradation of the inhibitor via the ubiquination pathway, thereby activating the transcription factor.
Synonyms: IKK1, IKKA, IKBKA
Gene ID 1147
Pathways PI3K-Akt Signaling, NF-kappaB Signaling, RTK Signaling, TCR Signaling, TLR Signaling, Fc-epsilon Receptor Signaling Pathway, EGFR Signaling Pathway, Neurotrophin Signaling Pathway
Application Notes Western Bloting: 1/500 - 1/2000.
ELISA: Propose dilution 1/10000.
Not yet tested in other applications.
Determining optimal working dilutions by titration test.
