Purification
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from mouse Cortactin around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 466 (P-V-YP-E-T).
