Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human Estrogen Receptor- around the phosphorylation site of serine 167 (L-A-SP-T-N).
Specificity Estrogen Receptor- (phospho-Ser167) antibody detects endogenous levels of Estrogen Receptor- only when phosphorylated at serine167.
