Flow Cytometry (FACS), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (Frozen Sections) (IHC (fro))
    Specificity
This antibody reacts with a 24 kD protein, a member of the tetraspan family, with both termini in the cytoplasm and two loops of extracellular protein. This protein lacks external N-glycosylation sites.
    Purification
    Purified.
    Immunogen
    Burkitt's lymphoma cell line.
    Clone
    B399 (1-3-3-22)
    Isotype
    IgG1

  • Application Notes
    Immunofluorescence: 10-20 ug/mL
    Flow cytometry: 1ug / 10^6 cells
    Immunohistochemistry: 10-20 ug/mL on acetone-fixed frozen sections.
This product was not quality controlled in flow cytometry.
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on frozen tissue sections only, in IHC. On formalin-fixed, paraffin embedded tissues, some positive staining is observed when treated with a high temperature antigenic unmasking techniques Used for identification of eosinophils from a granulocyte subpopulation. The optimum dilution factors should be determined by the individual laboratory.
