Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human NF-B p100/p52 around the phosphorylation site of serine 865 (E-D-SP-A-Y).
Specificity NF-B p100/p52 (phospho-ser865) antibody detects endogenous levels of NF-B p100/p52 only when phosphorylated at serine 865.
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using nonphosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
