Additional Information

Alternative name p62Dok
Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human p62Dok around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 398 (E-G-YP-E-L).
Specificity P62Dok (phospho-Tyr398) antibody detects endogenous levels of p62Dok only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 398.

Application Details

Application Notes WB: 1:500~1:1000.
Concentration 100ug/100ul.
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using nonphosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Buffer Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 50% glycerol
Preservative 0.02% Sodium Azide
Storage Store at -20°C/1 year.
Restrictions For Research Use only
