Specificity: This antibody recognizes keratin polypeptides with molecular weights of 59, 58, 56, 52.5, 56.5, 54 and 45 kD, which correspond to cytokeratins 4,5,6,8,10,13 and 18.

Application Details

Application Notes: This antibody is prediluted for Immunohistochemistry use.
Staining Procedure: The prediluted antibody can be used on frozen cryostat sections as well as formalin-fixed paraffinembedded tissue sections. For paraffin-embedded tissue sections, we recommend an incubation time and temperature of 30 minutes at 37°C for this antibody, when used in conjunction with immunoperoxidase staining kit. Prolonged fixation in buffered formalin can destroy the epitope.

Concentration: 0.005-0.006 mg/ml.

Purification: Prediluted.

Storage: Refrigerate at 4°C. Do not freeze.
