Additional Information

Immunogen BALB/C mice were injected with myelomablast cell line KG1.
Format Ig-fraction (prediluted)
Isotype IgG1  (Matching secondary antibodies)
Clone DFT1
Specificity This antibody reacts with an antigen expressed by normal and neoplastic T cells and myeloid lineage cells. It strongly stains T cells in the interfollicular areas of normal lymphoid tissues.

Application Details

Application Notes Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Suitable for formalin/paraffin tissues. Positive Control: Tonsil. Cellular localization: Cell membrane
Concentration 1 to 4 ug/ml
Buffer This antibody has been pretitered and quality controlled to work on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded as well as acetone fixed cryostat tissue sections. No further titration is required.
Storage Store the antibody at 2-8o c. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
Research Area CD Antigens
Restrictions For Research Use. CE-certified for In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) Use in the European Union
