Specificity: The human leukocyte common antigen is a family of five or more high molecular weight glycoproteins of MW 180, 190, 205 and 220 kD, present on the surface of the majority of human leucocytes. This antibody labels lymphoid cells. It labels neoplastic B and T cells in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and in leukemias of B and T cell types.

Application Notes: Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Suitable for formalin/paraffin tissues.
