Additional Information

Alternative name CD45RO
Immunogen BALB/C mice were immunized with IL-2 dependent T cell line, CA1.
Format Liquid (prediluted)
Isotype IgG2a kappa  (Matching secondary antibodies)
Clone UCHL1
Specificity This antibody reacts with a 180 kD glycoprotein of CD45 family, occurring on most thymocytes and activated T cells but only on the portion of the resting T cells. It reacts with most thymocytes, a subpopulation of resting cells within both the CD4 and CD8 subsets and mature activated T cells.

Application Details

Application Notes Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Suitable for formalin/paraffin tissues. Overfixation in formalin should be avoided. Enzymatic predigestion can cause false positive staining of non T cell tumors. Positive Control: Tonsil. Cellular localization: Cell membrane
Concentration 1 to 4 ug/ml
Buffer This antibody has been pretitered and quality controlled to work on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded as well as acetone fixed cryostat tissue sections. No further titration is required.
Storage Store the antibody at 2-8o c. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
Research Area CD Antigens
Restrictions For Research Use. CE-certified for In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) Use in the European Union
