Immunogen Purified recombinant fragment of CHUK (AA 500-590) expressed in E. coli.
Clone 7C10B6
Isotype IgG1
Purification Ascites
Alternative Name CHUK
Background Synonyms:
IKK1, IKKA, IKBKA
CHUK: conserved helix-loop-helix ubiquitous kinase. This gene encodes a member of the serine/threonine protein kinase family. The encoded protein, a component of a cytokine-activated protein complex that is an inhibitor of the essential transcription factor NF-κ-B complex, phosphorylates sites that trigger the degradation of the inhibitor via the ubiquination pathway, thereby activating the transcription factor.
Gene ID 1147
Application Notes Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1/10000, WB: 1/500 - 1/2000
Not yet tested in other applications.
Determining optimal working dilutions by titration test.
