Additional Information

Alternative name CD75
Format Supernatant (prediluted)
Isotype IgM kappa  (Matching secondary antibodies)
Clone LN1
Specificity This antibody reacts with a 45-85 kD antigen present on the B cells derived from the germinal center. It reacts with the epithelial cells of breast, prostate, kidney, pancreas and lung. This antibody is an excellent marker for the identification of germinal center derived B cell lymphomas and leukemias.

Application Details

Application Notes Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. Positive Control: Tonsil. Cellular localization: Cell membrane
Concentration 1 to 4 ug/ml
Buffer This antibody has been pretitered and quality controlled to work on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded as well as acetone fixed cryostat tissue sections. No further titration is required.
Storage Store the antibody at 2-8o c. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
Research Area CD Antigens
Restrictions For Research Use. CE-certified for In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) Use in the European Union
