Additional Information

Alternative name c-Myc
Immunogen Synthetic peptide corresponding to residues 408-439 of the human p62c-myc protein.
Format Ascites
Isotype IgG1  (Matching secondary antibodies)
Clone 9E10
Specificity This antibody recognizes an epitope located in the amino acid residue 410-419 of human oncogene product c-myc. This antibody reacts with both components of the p62c-myc-p64c-myc. This antibody cross reacts with human p62/64c-myc but does not react with mouse p62/64c-myc protein.

Application Details

Application Notes Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25-1:50 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Positive Control: Breast carcinoma. Cellular localization: Nuclear Other Applications: Immunoprecipitation, Western blotting (1:100-500).
Concentration 100ug/ml approximately
Buffer This antibody is supplied as diluted ascites containing sodium azide as preservative.
Storage Store the antibody at 2-8o c. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
Research Area Transcription Factors
Restrictions For Research Use. CE-certified for In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) Use in the European Union
