Additional Information

Alternative name Cullin-1 (CUL-1)
Immunogen A peptide derived from the C-terminus region of the human Cullin-1.
Format Ig-fraction, Purified
Specificity This antibody reacts with a 86kD protein, known as Cullin-1. Cullin-1 is a member of the family of human cullin genes (CUL-1, -2, -3, -4a, -4b and 5) homologous to the S. cerevisiae cdc53 gene. CUL-1 forms a complex with human p19skp1 and F box protein p45skp2, together with cdc53, as three subunits, form a ubiquitin ligase controlling proteolysis of G1 cell cycle regulatory proteins. This antibody cross reacts with mouse.

Application Details

Application Notes Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25-1:75 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation conditions should be determined by the user. Suitable for formalin/paraffin tissues. Positive Control: Tonsil. Cellular localization: Nuclear Other Applications: Immunoprecipitation, Western Blotting
Concentration 100ug/ml approximately
Purification Ig-fraction,Purified
Buffer Purified immunoglobulin fraction of rabbit antiserum against human Cullin-1 containing sodium azide as preservative.
Storage Store the antibody at 2-8o c. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
Research Area Apoptosis/Necrosis, Proteasome
Restrictions For Research Use. CE-certified for In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) Use in the European Union
