Additional Information

Alternative name Cyclin A
Immunogen Synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal fragment of cyclin A protein.
Format Supernatant
Isotype IgG1 kappa  (Matching secondary antibodies)
Clone 6-00E-006
Specificity This antibody may be used to examine the biological behavior of tumors. Cyclins are proteins that vary in abundance and are associated with and activate cyclin dependent kinases at different stages of the cell cycle. Cyclin A is detectable in S phase increasing during progression into G2 phase. Increased expression of various cyclins have been noted in some human cancers.
