Additional Information
| Alternative name | Cyclin E |
| Immunogen | Full length synthetic polypeptide corresponding to the human gene sequence. |
| Format | Liquid (sterile filtered) |
| Specificity | This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by delipidation and defibrination. Antiserum will specifically react with a 45 kDa Cyclin E protein from human, rat and mouse tissue. No reaction was observed against other related cyclins. Cross reactivity with Cyclin E from other species may also occur. |

Application Details
| Application Notes | Recommended Dilutions: This product was assayed by immunoblot and found to be reactive against Cyclin E at a dilution of 1:200 to 1:500 followed by reaction with Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] (Goat) code ABIN101990. Anti-Cyclin E is suitable for the detection by immunoblot of human, rat and mouse Cyclin E. Suggested dilution for ELISA is 1:2,000. Optimal titers for other applications should be determined by the researcher. suitable for ELISA, immunoprecipitation, immunoblotting and other immunological methods requiring high titer and specificity. |
