Additional Information

Alternative name Cyclin E
Immunogen Full length synthetic polypeptide corresponding to the human gene sequence.
Format Liquid (sterile filtered)
Specificity This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by delipidation and defibrination. Antiserum will specifically react with a 45 kDa Cyclin E protein from human, rat and mouse tissue. No reaction was observed against other related cyclins. Cross reactivity with Cyclin E from other species may also occur.
Synonyms Cyce, Ccne, CYCLE, cyce, fa18e07, wu:fa18e07, BG:DS07108.3, CDI7, CYCE, Cyc E, CyclE, CyeE, D-CycE, DmCycE, DmcyclinE, br37, cyclinE, dm-cycE, fond, l(2)05206, l(2)35Dd, l(2)br37, l(2)k02514, l(2)k02602, l(2)k05007, l35Dd, DmelCG3938, CG3938, NV18076

Application Details

Application Notes Recommended Dilutions: This product was assayed by immunoblot and found to be reactive against Cyclin E at a dilution of 1:200 to 1:500 followed by reaction with Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] (Goat) code ABIN101990. Anti-Cyclin E is suitable for the detection by immunoblot of human, rat and mouse Cyclin E. Suggested dilution for ELISA is 1:2,000. Optimal titers for other applications should be determined by the researcher. suitable for ELISA, immunoprecipitation, immunoblotting and other immunological methods requiring high titer and specificity.
