Additional Information

Alternative name Cytokeratin 10
Immunogen Crude cytoskeletal extract prepared from the epidermal component of trypsin-split normal adult skin.
Format Supernatant
Isotype IgG1 kappa  (Matching secondary antibodies)
Clone LHP1
Specificity This antibody is specific to human cytokeratin 10. It recognizes a 56.5 kD cytokeratin protein and found in suprabasal layers of keratinizing stratified epithelia, suprabasal layers of non- keratinizing stratified epithelia and in differentiated areas of squamous carcinomas. This antibody is useful in the differentiation of stratified squamous epithelia.

Application Details

Application Notes Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25-1:50 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Proteolytic treatment is required prior to immunostaining of formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections. Positive Control: Skin. Cellular localization: Cytoplasmic
Concentration 100ug/ml approximately
Buffer This antibody is supplied as purified immunoglobulin fraction containing sodium azide as preservative.
Storage Store the antibody at 2-8o c. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
Research Area Extracellular Matrix
Restrictions For Research Use. CE-certified for In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) Use in the European Union
