| 描述 | Leukocyte-type 12-lipoxygenase from murine macrophages is a 75 kDa protein. Murine leukocyte 12-lipoxygenase is approximately 70% homologous to porcine 12-lipoxygenase and also shows 78% and 77% identity to human and rabbit 15-lipoxygenase, respectively. This antibody can be used to detect the leukocyte-type 12-lipoxygenase in immunoblotting experiments. |
