In Western blot bands may be seen at 29kDa (the active form) and 58 kDa.Suggested working dilutions: *Western Blot: 1:1,500-1:10,000Immunofluorescence: (+)Immunohistochemistry: (+)*The investigator should determine the optimal working dilution for a specific application.
