Dilution buffer: 0.15 M PBS with 0.1% BSA and 0.1% Na-Azide (ECL: 5% milk powder in TBST). Positive control: Immunoblots with protein extracts from all vertebrate tissues and cells. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
