Description APRIL (A Proliferation-Inducing Ligand) is a novel member of the TNF family that was recently identified. APRIL stimulates B and T cell proliferation, triggers humoral immune responses, activates NF-.B, and induces cell death. APRIL and its receptors are involved in diseases of autoimmunity and cancer.

Application Western Blotting (WB)
Application Notes The antibody can be used for Western blotting (2-4 µg/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually.
