| Application Notes | ELISA: Use at working dilutions of 1/1,000 to 1/4,000 in simple ELISA using 1 ug of antigen coated per well, with alkaline phosphatase conjugated anti-sheep for detection. All incubations at 18°C using pNPP substrate, with OD measurements at 405 nm. The end point titre for this antibody is = 1/40,000. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
