| Application Notes | Flow cytometry: use 5 ul of neat antibody to label 106 cells. Immunoprecipitation : 1/100. Immunohistochemistry: 1/3 for frozen sections Western blotting: 1/100. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
