Application Notes
Dilution: This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Acid Phosphatase [Potato] in a standard sandwich ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified antiRabbit IgG [HampL] [Goat] code 6111302 and [ABTS [22'azinobis[3ethylbenthiazoline6sulfonic acid]] code ABTS100 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1/2000 to 1/8000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. Optimal titers for other applications should be determined by the researcher. Notice: suitable for immunoblotting [western or dot blot] ELISA immunoprecipitation and most immunological methods requiring high titer and specificity. Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoprecipitation and mostimmunological methods requiring high titer and specificity.

Purification
This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by a delipidation anddefibrination. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against purified and partiallypurified Acid Phosphatase [Potato]. Cross reactivity against Acid Phosphatase from other tissues and speciesmay occur but have not been specifically determined.
