Applikation Western Blotting (WB)
Applikationshinweise Western Blot. Positive control: Cell line MCF-7, human small intestine. Dilution buffer: PBS or Tris-buffered saline. Working dilution: After reconstitution with 1 ml dist. water, dilute 1:50 - 100 for immunoblotting. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
Buffer This antibody is supplied as lyophilised, Protein A affinity purified IgG. Reconstitute in 1 ml dist. water (final solution contains 0.09 % NaN3, 0.5% BSA in PBS buffer, pH 7.4)
Lagerung Stable for one year after reconstitution when stored at 2-8°C. For extended storage keep in aliquots at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
