Application Western Blotting (WB), Immunoblotting (IB)
Application Notes Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2,000. Western Blot: Approx 35kDa band observed in Human Liver lysates (calculated MW of 34.7kDa according to NP_000036.2. Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1µg/ml. Additional bands of unknown identity were also consistently observed at 19-22kDa. Thiese bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any such results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?
Format Aff - Purified
Purification Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Buffer 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
Storage Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
