Application Notes Immunohistochemistry on paraffin embedded sections: 1/5-1/10. Immunofluorescence. FACS. Stainig pattern: Cytoplasmic staining. Antigen preservation: Routinely processed, formalin fixed, paraffin wax embedded sections are suitable. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
Format Supernatant
Buffer This antibody was lyophilised from buffer with BSA and 0.1% sodium azide as preservative. Reconstitute with 1 ml sterile distilled water. Dilute with PBS containing 1-2% BSA (or use proteinaceous buffer of choice) to make stock solution
Storage Store at -20ºC, aliquot reconstituted at -20ºC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
