| Application Notes | Immunohistochemistry on paraffin embedded sections: 1/5-1/10. Immunofluorescence. FACS. Stainig pattern: Cytoplasmic staining. Antigen preservation: Routinely processed, formalin fixed, paraffin wax embedded sections are suitable. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
