Application Immunofluorescence (IF)
Application Notes Suitable for use in ELISA, IFA and Western blot. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer This antibody is supplied as liquid ascites in 0.01 M PBS, pH 7.2 containing 10 mg/ml BSA as stabilizer and 0.09 % sodium azide as preservative. It is conjugated to FITC.
Storage Store the antibody undiluted at 4 – 8 °C for one month or at –20 °C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light. Should it contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
