Application Notes Suitable for use in ELISA, IFA and Western blot. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer This antibody is supplied as liquid protein A chromatography purified Ig fraction in 0.01 M PBS, pH 7.2, containing 0.09 % sodium azide as preservative. Purity: > 90 %.
Storage Store the antibody undiluted at 4 – 8 °C for one month or at –20 °C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
