| Application Notes | The antibody is suitable for immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry and immunoprecipitation. For use in staining sections by regular immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence tests at dilution 1:5-1:10 in phosphate buffered saline is appropriate. Has not been tested in flow cytometry. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
