Specificity	ABIN120150 recognises the equine CD8 cell surface antigen, expressed by a subset of T lymphocytes.

Application	Flow Cytometry (FACS)
Application Notes	Flow Cytometry (Use 10 µl of neat – 1/10 diluted antibody to label 106 cells in 100 µl). Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer	This antibody is supplied as liquid Tissue Culture Supernatant with 0.09 % Sodium Azide as preservative.
Storage	Store the antibody undiluted at 4-8°C for one month or at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
