Applikation Flow Cytometry (FACS), Immunoprecipitation (IP)
Applikationshinweise Immunoprecipitation. Excellent for immunoisolation of CD8 + T cells. Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer This antibody is supplied as liquid, Protein A affinity purified immunoglobulin fraction (> 95% by SDS-PAGE) in Phosphate buffered saline pH 7.4 with 15 mM sodium azide as preservative.
Lagerung Store at +4 °C for 6 months. For long-term storage aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
