ELISA: 1:20,000 - 1:100,000. Western Blot: 1:2,000 - 1:10,000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:1,000 - 1:5,000. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
