| Description | Cullin 3 is a member of the family of human Cullin genes (CUL-1, -2, -3, -4a, -4b and ~5) homologous to the S. cerevisiae cdc53 gene. Cullin 3 forms a tight complex with cyclin E and targets it for ubiquitination, which leads to its degradation by proteosomes. |

| Application Notes | IHC: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:50-1:100 in an ABC method. We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation conditions and antibody dilutions should be determined by the user. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with all10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. |
