| Application Notes | Very good at detecting cyclin B1 in formalin-fixed tissues. Flow cytometry / FACS: assay dependent. Western Blotting: use at a concentration of 1-2ug/ml for 2hrs at RT. Immunohistochemistry: use at a concentration of 1-2ug/ml for 30 min at RT. Immunofluorescence : 2 micrograms/ml in PBS/ 1% BSA and incubation was overnignt at 4°,C. Optimal dilutions / concentrations should be determined by the end user. By Western blot, this antibody detects a band of 62 kDa, which corresponds to the predicted molecular weight of Cyclin B1.
