Application Notes ELISA: 1/500 - 1/2000. Western blot: 1/500 - 1/1000. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
Concentration Total protein concentration 85 mg/ml
Buffer This antibody is supplied as liquid serum with 0.01% sodium azide as preservative. Whole serum is supplied delipidised/dialysed/0.2um filtered.
Storage Store the antibody at 4-8°C for one month or at –20°C for longer. This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
