| Description | This antibody is specific to human cyclin D1. Cyclin D1 gene is located on 11q13 and has been shown to be amplified in a variety of tumors. Maximum expression of cyclin D1 occurs at a critical point in mid to late G1 phase of the cell cycle. This antibody cross reacts with monkey, rat and mouse. |

Application Details: Cyclin D1 antibody
| Application | Immunohistochemistry ((Frozen Sections) (IHC) (fro)), Immunohistochemistry (Formalin-fixed Sections) (IHC (f)), Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded Sections) (IHC (p)), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Western Blotting (WB) |
| Application Notes | This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25-1:50 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determinedby the user. We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. Can also be used for: Immunoprecipitation (1:50), Western Blotting (1:50 to 1:100) |
| Purity | This antibody is supplied as purified immunoglobulin fraction containing sodium azide as preservative. |
| Buffer | Phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.2 containing 0.05% sodium azide |
| Storage | Store the antibody at 4-8 C. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label. |
