| Application Notes | Immunohistochemistry on frozen and paraffin embedded sections: 1/20 – 1/40. Western blotting: 1/100 – 1/250. This product requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. 0.01M Sodium citrate buffer pH6.0 is recommended for this purpose. Recommended positive control tissue: Breast Carcinoma. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
