| Application Notes | Immunohistochemistry on frozen and paraffin embedded sections (1:5-1:10) using an ABC method. We suggest an incubation period of 1 h at room temperature. Protease digestion: Trypsin. Western blotting. Recommended positive control: squamous cell carcinoma, epidermis. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
