| Application | Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded Sections) (IHC (p)), Western Blotting (WB) |
| Application Notes | Works well for immunblotting, and for immunohistochemical staining of paraffin sections. Optimal antibody dilution should be determined by titration, however as guideline try at 1:1000-1:3000 for western blot. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
