Beschreibung Clone D240 reacts with a O-linked sialoglycoprotein (MW 40K) found on lymphatic endothelium, fetal testis and on the surface of testicular germ cell tumors. In recent studies clone D240 have shown staining in lymphatic channel endothelium but not in the adjacent capillary.

Applikationshinweise IHC-P: Use at an assay dependent dilution. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval before commencing with IHC staining protocol. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
