应用备注	The antibody has been tested by ELISA and by Western blot analysis to assure specificity and reactivity.Since application vary, however, each investigation should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results. Recommended dilution range for Western blot analysis: 1:500 ~ 1:2000. Recommended starting dilution : 1:1000. Immunoblot analysis Recombinant GST-D52L2 was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with anti-D52L2(1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a DAP detection system. Arrow indicates. 80kD-- 25kD-- 20kD-- 15kD--

缓冲液	This antibody is supplied as liquid, Protein G affinity purified immunoglobulin fraction in PBS buffer pH 7.4 with 0.08% sodium azide as preservative.
贮藏	Store the antibody at 4-8°C for one month or at –20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
