Application Notes The antibody can be used for Western blot (at 0.5-4 ug/ml) and immunoprecipitation (20 ug/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. 3T3 cell lysate can be used as a positive control.
Buffer 100 ug (0.2 mg/ml) affinity purified rabbit anti-DAP1 polyclonal antibody in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2, containing 50% glycerol, 1% BSA, 0.02% thimerosal.
