Application Notes The antibody can be used for Western blot (0.5-4 ug/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. Jurkat, 3T3, and PC12 cell lysates can be used as positive controls.
Buffer 100 ug (0.5 mg/ml) affinity purified rabbit anti-DAP5 polyclonal antibody in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2, containing 50% glycerol, 1% BSA, 0.02% thimerosal.
